For the record, so that I may dispel any preconceived notions about my "inspiration" behind my filing stalking and harassment charges against Janet and her camp.

My actual "inspiration" for filing the charges was Janet herself-when it was made public that she (Janet) herself filed stalking and harassment charges against someone else; some man carrying a big knife (that would have to get past countless bodyguards) . Puhleese.

Not even THAT has  nothing on the torture she has been putting me through.  It was then, that I became aware that I too, had that civil "right" to file the same charges on she and her camp.

But let's get a couple things clear.

This stalking and harassment charge was not a lawsuit. A civil hearing/case involves a lawsuit for money.

This stalking and harassment charge was simply that: a legal protection order to force Janet and her flunkies to discontinue harassing me.

For the record, if I wanted to publicize the book for money, I'll have you know that in September 2000 I had a contract with RJ Garis Publicity Agency to begin a publicity campaign beginning in December 2000. If I was interested in publicizing my book (rather than getting the case heard in federal/criminal court-where it BELONGS), you would have seen me on every talk show back in 2000 when I was offered the contract-I'll have you know.

As aforementioned, the stalking and protection order (that was publicized beyond MY control), was not a "lawsuit."

If I was interested in suing Janet in a civil suit, I'll have you know that I got an offer to retain attorney Steven L. Huber back in November 2001. If suing her for money was my ultimate goal-believe me you, it would have been done already. Suing her for money is NOT going to discontinue all that I spoke about in the  27-paged oath and declaration petition letter that I filed on 3.15.05. (<---that too is sealed as of April 2005). Hmmm.

Quite frankly, if the civil protection order to cease the stalking and harassment were granted, that TOO would not stop Janet and her flunkies from all that I spoke about in the 27 paged oath declaration, petition letter that I filed on 3.15.05 (which is now sealed as of April 2005).

Writing a book for me is what writing a 4-paged letter to (many of) you is. I can spit out a novel length book in 30 days. "In Control Like: Janet" was written in 45 days and as things kept happening I input those happenings up through February 2000.

My reason for writing the book was so that I could tell the entire story in detail. I've been writing since 1995; writing is what I do. Furthermore, the actual case (written in chronology form-date, time and fact) is actually 1476 pages detailing everything from 1998 through 2005. That chronology is on the shelf in the event this case is looked at for criminal/federal court (WHERE IT BELONGS).

You cannot penalize me for my happen to have written a book detailing the truth about something that should not have happened anyways.

You cannot penalize me for defending myself with brain and a computer against somebody with monetary resources and social influence affording her the ability the hide behind her name and fame-violating me in the ways that she has violated me..

You cannot penalize me for bringing to the forefront, my civil right to file charges about what really is the truth: Janet's harassing and stalking me-FOR SEVEN DAMN YEARS.

Do not penalize me for the fact that this private situation is made public. Penalize HER for committing the crimes and BEING the public figure. Did you ever sit and think that if this was being done to me by my next door neighbor named "Janice Johnson," it would never have hit the news and been publicized the way it was publicized?

Don't blame me. Blame Janet for committing the crime. Blame Janet for having the monetary resources to finance her crimes.

Blame the society you live in that glorifies celebritydrom and fanfare, because it is for that VERY same reason that I have been fighting this case for a whole seven years. 

Don't blame ME for merely defending myself and my right to as much privacy as you reading this think that YOU have. 

Quite frankly, I could drop some SERIOUS bombs on this website that will rock EVERYBODY'S world about this whole case-but I STILL got Janet's camp threatening me-and harassing me, even AFTER filing the harassment charges WHILE AWAITING THE HEARING DATE. Don't you think that those SAME mysteriously "court ordered blocked" 256 pages I am pissed about not having been made public, I too could have my webmisstrixx put them up here? You ever thought about why I haven't? You people don't know WHAT the hell I am going through, so my suggestion is that you sit back and watch it all unfold-whatever the outcome may be. But don't get mad at me for my happening to have a book about how this all began on the market for sale. It does me a lot better to have it in print telling it rather than trying to sit in some officials office trying to tell it. I do it my way, and from what I can see, it is working for me.

Think about it like this. You have the CHOICE to turn a deaf ear to it all. Just because Janet is the public figure who IS COMMITTING the crime doesn't mean you HAVE to know all about it. You have the choice to carrying on with other things in your own life that concern you. This here concerns me and it is MY life-Janet just happens to be the public figure, antagonist and the criminal; blame HER and those who shot this madness across your televisions and radios-don't blame me. I'm the "victim" who once was a private citizen whose life will never be the same again-no thanks to Janet...
