Interestingly, Janet did not defend herself (via attorney/rep/spokesperson), but what she did do is send the dogs out on getting the damaging summary of details sealed from public view.

In the game of celebritydrom, celebrities' main goals are to focus on increasing their popularity, name, income and fame-at all costs.

Publicity is the name of the game for them and could make or break their careers.

If this situation was so untrue and had fallen out of the sky, obviously, if for no other reason but publicity, Janet would have been in that court room herself (with her lawyers) to say: "who is this Angela Whitterson and where did she and this whole seven year story come from?"

She already knew that I wasn't going to come to the hearing on March 29th 2005, so that was more of a reason for her to show up with her lawyers-she had a open and great chance to make me look like a liar and a fool-and didn't. Why? Because she knows my "claims" were truths that could be backed by hardcore evidence.

Doesn't that tell you something? Especially considering the fact that her dream team got right on it and got the 283 case files (and the whole case itself) sealed from public view.

Furthermore, if this case was such a farce and I did not have sufficient enough evidence to prove my case (seven years worth at that), don't you think that the first box in the case dismissal form would have been marked with a nice big X?

You'd better believe it when I say that Janet and her publicists, lawyers, managers and media coaches are working with her on laying low and not responding to this whole situation because a) it is true and with it publicized to the right forum, I can and will prove it and b) as long as she ignores it, (she thinks) it will die down and maybe the next time you see her face in public, it will have all been forgotten-but that will not happen by my watch. Not because I'm some disgruntled fanatic, disgruntled ex-lover, or disgruntled ex-employee that's got some sick vendetta against her and am trying to ruin her reputation and career, but because all this time from behind the scenes of the silence she has spoken to her public-hiding-she and her hired help are still wreaking havoc in my life and they are still harassing, stalking and threatening me-even during the week and a half wait for the March 29th 2005 hearing.

This is amazing. I cannot believe the circles she is running around the public while eluding this situation and sealing the documents that she knows will blow this case wide open to her public should you all get a hold of them. She knows that this whole situation is bizarre, weirdo, and will show her for exactly what she really is: a weirdo who is currently, and has been stalking another female since March 14th 1999 to date-it's that simple. It's that true-it's not even complicated. The complexity only comes in from the public being in denial that a celebrity would stalk somebody and that the celebrity just happens to be Janet Jackson.

Understand something. She's got time. She's got more than enough time. Janet has people working overtime for her and she is not acting alone. I know eight of these people by name-but it is actually more than that-I just don't know them by name. Janet is laying low and being silent (publicly) all the while, still, wreaking the worst havoc in my life.

By staying silent, Janet is getting a civil settlement hush hush without the civil settlement. She knows that if she responds-she can't do nothing but respond with her "rendition" or her "apology" to her public and slide a fake one over to me that would be well-designed and written by her publicists that she has been rehearsing already.

By staying silent, Janet knows that all this will subside and I will still be on my same hustle and bustle to get this case into federal/criminal court.

By staying silent, Janet knows that in the event I decide to make this a civil court case issue, she can then have all her weirdo details of this case definitely expunged, me-gagged, the book removed from the market and all details about it that I have the right to have scanned upon this website-removed. That there, is her goal and strategy, because she sure as hell won't ever stand up to nothing that I am "claiming" on this website, the book or the stalking order case files-now, later or ever.

Why? Not because of this story being so taboo and weirdo, the stalking and harassment or any of that. She knows that there are serious federal crimes involved-that is why she and her people are laying low and having her play the back until the public

She will continue to hide for as long as the public lets her. 

One thing for certain and two for sure is that you can be rested and assured that by the time I get done poking holes in her hide-away bubble, she will be forced to stand up to her public to let them know what a weirdo she really is and how she has been violating the lives of many people (associated with me/formerly and presently) and stalking a whole 'nother female. Like it or not, believe it or not, hate it or love it, or refuse to believe that "Janet Jackson" could, would or "has time" to do such things; the fact is: she does. The fact is: she still is. The fact is: she's a weirdo that won't give up or let go. And trust me. I've said and done every possible thing I could to make this all go away-but understand something: I'm not the one with the "power" in this: she is. I can't be the antagonist in this. I don't have the leverage, social influence or the money to be the antagonist. She is and has been stalking and harassing the hell out of me (and getting away with it) for seven years now. As as long as she hides and forces the courts to seal the files and doesn't make a public denial of it (something any innocent person would do), she will continue her weirdo acts, games and gadgetry and smile to her public like she is the "normal" Jackson, when in fact-she's the weirdo who violates people-the public just doesn't know it-yet...
